About Me

AFF: I am 23-year-old graduate music student who, to eradicate persistent, moderately severe acne, took on a largely organic, gluten-dairy/casein-soy-free diet and an integrated topical regimen that has worked. Navigating the diet-regimen with non-gfcfsf family and friends, however, has been an adventure. Here may gfcfsf folk and their not-necessarily gfcfsf friends and relatives find ideas, support, and community on their respective adventures.
