Odds and Ends: Facemapping Acne

This is cool - face-mapping acne to see what's causing it. According to this, the rest of my acne, which is largely on my upper cheeks these days (though I have some on the lower cheeks and on my neck), could be due to lung issues, talking on the phone, or my pillows. I have had minor respiratory issues in the past during exceedingly bad allergy season, and I probably don't exercise enough. I've got time these days, so I don't have an excuse.

  1. Once I get up there, we'll fix that exercise thing. You don't have to go as all out as I do, but some regular exercise beyond just the walking to class would be a health boost.

  2. Yeah - we'll see. Towards the end of the school year, I was walking 3 miles daily, 5 days a week on top of 2 hours of karate. It'll be challenging Fall semester because of applications and teaching a class (maybe), but I just might need the break to get out frustration.
